K-2 Athletics Carnival
The boys and girls in K-2 participated in the Athletics Carnival on the last Wednesday of Term 3. What a beautiful morning we had with lots of running, jumping, throwing, catching and balancing. Well done to all the students in each class from K-2 and YVCS. Thank you to the parents, teachers and Year 6 Captains and House Captains for all that you did to make the morning run smoothly.

Parent Helpers Required
Only those parents with a cleared WWCC number can be in the water. A volunteer Working with Children Check is suitable.
Please provide your name, date of birth and WWC number to Sue Parkinson by Friday 27 September and let Mr McSwan know if you’d like to assist.
We need as many parents as possible in the water to assist. We cannot begin these activities without extra hands, so please be ready to volunteer. Your child will love your involvement and we promise you will also have fun.

Oztag State of Origin
Congratulations to Xavier B-M who represented NSW in the U13 Oztag State of Origin series at Coffs Harbour on the last weekend.
He played in a series of four games against Queensland with a split 2 – 2 result. So, the last game went into extra time drop off with 5 players (one being Xavier) and they won the cup. Some of these games were telecast live and are available on Kayo Sports. Well done, Xavier.
