Staff Member of the Week - Joel Gibbins
Joel is a highly valued member of our team who serves the school community with consistency, humility, and heart. Always willing to lend a hand, he is a supportive and encouraging grade buddy who uplifts those around him. Joel’s love for sharing Jesus is clearly seen in the way he leads Year Two worship, with energy, joy, and genuine care. He also serves faithfully in both the staff worship band and the Primary Chapel band.
Beyond the classroom, Joel’s dedication shines through his leadership in the Primary Chess Club, which he runs before school, and his coaching of Oztag and other sports teams. His initiative in organising and running the Father and Son Night created lasting memories and strengthened family connections within our community. Joel’s commitment and servant-hearted leadership make a lasting impact at GPCC.
Reminder from Central Coast Council Regarding Parking & Road Rules
The College has been receiving calls from the public concerned about parents are blocking the Avoca Drive Bus Bay in the afternoons lining up to enter gate 3. Please see the attached which is a reminder that this area needs to be kept clear to allow the public buses access.
Uniforms
Appointments are available for uniform fittings. Please refer to the attached document for step-by-step instructions on how to book your appointment.
Important Notice
A reminder that as per Green Point Christian College's Enrolment Conditions, you must give 10 weeks’ term time notice in writing to the Registrar prior to withdrawal of your child. Without this notice, 10 weeks’ fees + GST will be charged for each student enrolment being withdrawn. This amount is a genuine pre-estimate by the College of the loss that it would suffer due to insufficient notice.
Please advise in writing via registrar@gpcc.nsw.edu.au if your child will be leaving GPCC.
