Partnering with Families for a Flourishing Community

One of the foundational pillars of our College’s mission is the belief that strong families are the cornerstone of a flourishing society. At Green Point Christian College, we are deeply committed to supporting families, both through providing high quality biblically grounded education, and by fostering a community built on respect, care, and shared values.

To help nurture this environment, we have a Code of Conduct for Parents, Guardians, and Visitors. This document reflects our desire to walk alongside families in a spirit of partnership and mutual respect.

The Code outlines how we can best support one another in our interactions, whether on campus, in the carpark, through email, or on social media. It encourages respectful communication, respectful behaviour, and a commitment to resolving concerns constructively. These principles help ensure that our College remains a safe and welcoming place for all.

Here are a few key ways the Code supports our shared mission:

  • Respectful Engagement: Families are encouraged to communicate with staff thoughtfully and allow time for responses, recognising the demands of teaching and care.
  • Safe Environments: Clear guidelines for carpark use and campus behaviour help protect our children and promote order.
  • Positive Representation: Social media use should reflect the values we hold dear: respect, truth, and grace.

When families and the College work together in unity, we model for our children what it means to live in community. We show them how to navigate challenges with wisdom, how to treat others with dignity, and how to build relationships that reflect the love of Christ.

Thank you for your continued partnership. Together, we are shaping not just students, but future citizens who will contribute to a flourishing society.

We are proud to introduce our new Captains, Micah R and Gemma S. While I could share a few words about them, their own voices say it best. Please enjoy the video below, by clicking the photo, as these inspiring leaders introduce themselves and share their stories.
