Some students had a cardboard cockroach tucked in their Primary resource pack sent home on Monday, keep it in a safe place until Mr Nash reads Your Birthday Party Was The Best and we reveal a surprise for you.

This video will show you How to make booklet for rating the short list books. Book videos will start being released next week, two per week in Weeks 4 - 6 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They will be posted in TEAMS.

Bird Craft

Mr McLellan will read How To Make a Bird next week. Kindergarten - Year 2 students were sent home with a bird craft to make. Some Year 2 students missed out, please let your teacher know who and we will make sure a craft is sent out to you with the next resource pick up.

Competitions

Kindergarten - Year 2 students were sent a colouring competition in their resource pack. If you are interested in participating, please take a photo of your completed colouring and return to Mrs van Wyk nvanwyk@gpcc.nsw.edu.au by Friday 20 August.

Years 3 - 6 students can make a diorama based on their favourite book. Take a photo of your diorama and submit to Mrs van Wyk by Friday 20 August.

Premiers’ Reading Challenge

The closing date has been extended to Friday 3 September. All Years 3-6 students username and passwords were sent home with resource packs. Kindergarten - Year 2 students completed the challenge at school in Terms 1 and 2.
