    Kindergarten 2022 Orientation mornings

We are very excited to be allowed to welcome our newest enrolments on site for their Kindergarten orientation mornings. These sessions will run from 9:15am – 10:45 am.

    • Wednesday 24 November – Kindergarten 2022 Orientation Morning 1 (students only).
    • Wednesday 1 December – Kindergarten 2022 Orientation Morning 2 (students only).

Parents will be asked to sign their child in and then pick them up later in the morning.

More information will be emailed directly to parents shortly.

    Year 6 Graduation - Monday 6 December

New revisions to the current restrictions have enabled us to invite parents of Year 6 students to the Year 6 Graduation Service on Monday 6 December.  The service will begin promptly at 9:30am. All attendees over the age of 16 must show proof of being fully vaccinated and register with the QR code when they come on site.

We will be filming the service and it will be available soon after through the College website for those who are unable to attend.

    Thanksgiving Services

Due to the requirement to keep cohorts of students separated, we will be having three, stage-based Thanksgiving Services. At this stage, under current restrictions, parents are not allowed to attend these Thanksgiving Services. Please understand this is entirely due to the need to remain compliant to the current restrictions and we will make every effort to photograph all prize recipients for future memory keeping.

Very Important – If your child is unwell

If your child shows any signs of being unwell PLEASE keep them at home until they return a negative COVID test or are completely better. This needs to be sent through to the school on their return. If students arrive at school unwell, you will be phoned and asked to collect them. Thank you for respecting these measures to keep us all safe.

    Kiss and Drop 3

Our Kiss and Drop for students in Years 1-3 and their siblings has re opened with the addition of a wonderful new shade shelter. Please ensure each day your child knows the going home arrangements. As our days are so busy and filled with lots of things to remember, sometimes students forget what to do when there is a change to routine. It is always helpful to let teachers know of any changes so they can prompt the students before going home time.

It is wonderful to have Kiss and Drop 3 operational again. Please be advised that children should enter a car from the rear door that is closest to the curb. The staff that are assisting your child should not be entering the flow of traffic and we request that you do not leave your car to ensure safe and smooth Kiss and Drop zone.

    Canteen

Primary students are only allowed to purchase items from the canteen through an order only system. If you have not done so already, take time to familiarise yourself with the Munchery ordering system and set up your account.

Operation Christmas Child Shoe Boxes due Friday 12 November

A practical way we can be the hands and feet of God is to complete the Operation Christmas Child shoe box. If this is something your family would like to do, take time to discuss with your child what they can put in the box and read the leaflet together. Each box also requires senders to pay the $10 shipping.
