PDHPE TEACHING POSITION

Temporary Full Time for 12 months (maternity leave)

To commence Term 1 2022

We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced teacher to the PDHPE Department on a temporary full time basis for 2022.

To be successful you will need to possess and demonstrate:

  • Sound knowledge of the new Australian Curriculum;
  • A high standard of competency, proficiency and innovation as a classroom teacher;
  • The ability to integrate ICT into the curriculum;
  • A capacity to cater for different learning needs;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and collegiality;
  • Good administrative skills, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability;
  • An ability to prioritise and work collegially.

MARKETING OFFICER

Permanent Part Time (during school terms only)

Commencing Term 1, 2022

We are currently seeking a Marketing Officer to join our Business Services team.  The successful applicant should possess the following:  

Demonstrated proficiency and competence in Microsoft Office applications;

  • Demonstrated experience using Customer Relationship Management software;
  • Well-developed time management and problem-solving skills;
  • Demonstrated capacity to work in a team environment;
  • Demonstrated understanding of the principles of quality customer service, courtesy and professionalism;
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills.

Operation Christmas Child

Thank you so much to all the families that have brought in a shoebox this year. We packed 257 boxes that are on their way to bless children in Cambodia and Madagascar

Great job to our students from 2D for packing the shoeboxes and praying for the boxes before they left the College.

Commissioning of New GPCC Bus

The College has purchased a 2016 Yutong 39 seat bus for local excursions and longer trips to Brewarrina for mission exposure.

 
Our bus drivers, Murray and Simon, Facilities Manager, Mr Peter Gay and our Principal, Mr Phillip Nash met to commission and pray for safety and give thanks for the provision of our new bus. This bus then set off on its first assignment in transporting our Year 6 students on their bushwalking excursion from Pearl Beach to Patonga.

Munch Monitor (Canteen) - NOTICE

Please be aware that  since all NSW school canteens have gone to ONLINE ordering only there has been a problem with Munch Monitor orders.

Munch Monitor are working on fixing this problem.

Please try to place your online orders early in the week. Munch Monitor allows up to one month ahead to order.

New Uniform Shop Hours
Please note that the Shop Hours have changed from the beginning of Term 4, with the shop now operating on Wednesday afternoon instead of Tuesday morning. 
Visitors to the Uniform Shop will need to register at the College Reception on arrival, and sign-in using the Service NSW QR code before proceeding to the shop.

Term 4 2021 Uniform Trading hours:

Monday:  8:30am - 11:00am

Wednesday: 1:30pm - 4:00pm

Thursday:  8:30am - 11:00am

Friday: 8:30am - 11:00am

Munchery News

PRE-ORDERS ESSENTIAL FOR THE MUNCHERY FOR RECESS & LUNCH

All orders must be pre-ordered for pick-ups only for both recess and lunch.

Primary student orders will be collected by Stage group monitors from the Primary window, with students remaining in Stage cohort areas in the playground after collection.

Secondary students will have their Year Group monitors pick-up pre-orders for their cohort group, and then return to cohort allocated areas on campus. 

Please order each morning prior to 8:30am via the Munch Monitor - https://www.munchmonitor.com/

The Canteen will also accept lunch orders from students across the counter before school, with change included with change issued in the delivered order.
