Meet Lachlan Raeside - Guitar, Bass and Ukulele Tutor
Each week in the Messenger we will be meeting one of the wonderful
music tutors at GPCC. This week is Lachlan Raeside - Guitar, Bass and Ukulele tutor.
Lachlan has been tutoring in Guitar, Bass and Ukulele at GPCC for a number of years. He has also spent several years performing professionally at venues all around New South Wales, including playing at the Sydney Opera House. Lachlan released his debut EP under the alias 'Lockee' in 2021 and continues to write, record and perform original music.
When asked about his approach toward tutoring Lachlan's response was: "What I love about teaching is helping students discover a passion for music. Music is a way to express yourself creatively and being able to assist in that process is really rewarding."
Lachlan is an alumnus of Green Point Christian College.
