Book Week

Our annual Primary Book Parade is Friday 26 August at 11.45am in the MPC, parents are welcome. This is followed by a BBQ & Sushi, students can pre-order food to be delivered to their classroom. Cash will be accepted for the BBQ and Sushi on the day for parent ordering. Students pre-ordering will assist with COVID protocols therefore an email has been sent to all families with ordering information.

This year we also have an activity fee rather than a cost for individual activities. The QR code below also takes you to the ordering site. Orders should be placed by Monday 22 August 9:00am.

Fair games will be run by teachers 1-3pm. We have a jumping castle, soccer shootout, face painting, disco, craft, cookie decorating and much, much more. We can’t wait for this exciting community day with everyone back on site.

All competitions close Friday 19 August. Entries must be given in to Library staff.

Kirrily Lowe - Author

On Thursday 25 August Author, Kirrily Lowe, will be talking to students about the book writing process and about her books. She has published a set of books about the Fruits of the Spirit. An order form is attached if you want to purchase discount copies of her books. The library will be giving away a lucky door prize of a set of these books. All Primary students will be entered. The winner will be announced during the Book Week Parade.

Preschool Story Time

Parents and preschool aged children are welcome to join us on Monday mornings @ 9am in the Primary library for books, craft, and fun.

Premier’s Reading Challenge
