Introducing the Fathering Project
The Fathering Project is an evidence-based organisation that aims to promote positive fathering behaviours and fathers’ engagement with their infants, preschool, primary school, and adolescent-aged children.
Fathers and father figures play a critical and distinct role in children’s lives and the evidence demonstrating fathers’ potential to positively influence their children’s health, social success and academic achievements is indisputable. There is further information available on this research on the GPCC website - https://www.gpcc.nsw.edu.au/community/the-fathering-project
This month we are excited to be launching The Fathering Project for the fathers and father figures of our GPCC and YVCS students.
Our launch event is on Friday 25 November at 6pm, which will be a BBQ and Paper Planes evening.
All fathers connected with GPCC (or YVCS) are invited to attend with their children. Register Now.
